How does drive-over bunding work?
Drive-over or rollover bunding allows for vehicle access access to an area but still provides containment for this area. Our Drive-over bunding is made from 100% memory foam with a waterproof 900gsm PVC cover.
The combination of materials, as well as the bunding design itself, allows the material to flex and flatten under the weight of tires and spring back into shape after vehicles pass. This indicates that this is a form of permanent bunding. Â
What are the benefits of drive-over bunding?Â
The best advantage of this overall bunding type is that it minimises the bump that drivers of forklifts feel, allowing for safer transit. This means that drums or other items won’t bump around and slip off from the forklift, making the environment even safer.Â
