Unlike simple heat welding, high-frequency welding vibrates the molecules of the two layers so fast that they meld into a single piece. This method ensures the highest possible strength seams available.

In addition to the outstanding chemical resistance, the advanced geomembrane used to construct these temporary bunds provides superior physical strength. With a heavy duty 1017gsm it demonstrates outstanding seam and tear strength as well as abrasion resistance.

The unique design of the Quickbund portable bunding system means that no assembly is required and the unit is fully operational in minutes. The first step is to indentify and area firm enough to hold the weight of what is being held in the temporary bund and remove any large sharp objects. Then it is a matter of simply positioning and unfolding the bund.

Because the QuickBund collapsible bund has fold down walls, you are able to roll anything with wheels into the containment area from hand trolleys to semi-trailers.

When storing hydrocabons in areas where significant rain events occur, the portable oil/water separator is the ideal companion product. This unique product attaches through the wall of the temporary bund and drains out all of the liquids in the bund. The polypropylene microfibres absorb all of the hydrocarbon and allow the water to pass. If there is a catostophic failure of a primary container in the portable bund, the filter will block allowing the spilled liquid to be safety retrieved. Replacement filters are available.

The puncture resistant underblanket is also and ideal addition to the QuickBund. This tough geotextile material will protect the portable bund in rough terrain and extent the QuickBund life.

Vibration absorbent nitrile pads are ideal when mounting pumps and generators and prevent the abrasion damage caused by vibrating machinery.
