When operating in extreme temperatures, Tank Showers can be fitted with Sunshields to protect the water in the tank from the effects of heat transfer by conduction, convection and radiation.
High density polyurethane insulation stops the convection and the integral silver foil stops radiation. The combined result of the Sunshields and the high efficiency insulation is the maintaining of an even temperature during day and night.
Chillers and Cooling Coils can also be fitted to cool the water in the tank to ensure it remains lower than ambient day time temperatures when units are installed in hot climates.
